Homemade Handmade Taro Balls

Prepare purple sweet potato, wash and peel (the same way for taro and sweet potato), tapioca flour, sugar

Cut the purple sweet potato into pieces and steam until it is soft.

When the purple sweet potato is hot, it is easy to stir, take it out and smash it with a spoon.

Add tapioca flour, fine sugar, and stir to form a dough. If it is too dry, add some hot water.

Knead into strips and cut into small pieces.
