Turn on the yogurt maker and set the time to eight hours. Generally, the temperature of the yogurt machine is set, so we don’t need to set it. Put the packed milk into the yogurt machine for fermentation.

After fermentation, add sugar or honey according to personal taste, or add fruit pieces to make delicious fruit yogurt.

Tips:
Reminder: The container must be scalded and disinfected during production to ensure that the container is oil-free and water-free.
Please do not open the yogurt machine frequently during the production process, so as to avoid temperature changes causing failure or affecting fermentation.
Yogurt should not be fermented for too long. The longer the yogurt, the more lactic acid and the more sour it will eventually lead to too acidic inedibility.
The fermented yogurt must be placed in the refrigerator for a while and consumed within three days, because the first three days are the peak of the activity of various beneficial bacteria.
Do not heat the yogurt to kill the beneficial bacteria.
It is not advisable to drink yogurt on an empty stomach,
