Homemade Healthy Fritters

Mix all the ingredients evenly, knead it into a smooth dough, leave it at room temperature for 9 hours (I left it overnight).

Flatten the dough into a flat strip.

Cut into 10 small strips and stretch them separately.
4.
Every two small strips are stacked together.
5.
Use chopsticks to make a mark in the middle.
6.
After stretching, put it in a 200-degree oil pan.
7.
Fry it on one side until golden and turn it over.
8.
Fry on both sides until golden brown.
