Homemade Ice Cream
1.
After the three eggs, the yolk and the egg white are separated, beat the egg white with a whisk.
2.
Add three egg yolks to a box of whole milk, add three spoons of white sugar, and mix well with a whisk.
3.
Pour the stirred liquid in 2 into the pot and heat, stir while heating. After boiling, put it aside and let it cool.
4.
Whip the Nestle whipped cream with a whisk, and it can be beaten to 70%. When whipping the cream, add the right amount of sugar according to your taste.
5.
After the egg yolk milk cools, pour the whipped egg white and whipped cream, stir evenly, put it in a container, and freeze it in the refrigerator. After an hour, take it out and stir with a whisk, and then take it out and stir it every 1-2 hours to make it fully in contact with air, which can reduce ice ballast.
6.
This is the finished product after repeated stirring for 5 times and freezing for 5 hours, the next day.
7.
You can also make original, green homemade ice cream.
Tips:
1. This time I added the egg whites. After the egg whites have been beaten, let them sit for a while and wait for the cream to drink the egg milk. During this process, some liquid will settle at the bottom of the bowl. I only discovered it when I poured it into the egg yolk milk. But it's too late, so I just pour it in. I personally suggest not to pour the liquid from the bottom of the egg white bowl, just pour in the whipped "white foam".
2. The more stirring times, the better. It can be stirred once every one hour or two hours apart. Pay attention to stirring thoroughly with a whisk.
3. The milk used this time is whole milk, which is probably better than regular milk. I will try it next time.
4. You can add Oreo cookies, blueberry jam, strawberry jam, etc. after making according to your own taste, or add your favorite fruits such as mango and banana when making it (preferably fruits with not too much moisture) .
