Homemade Ice Cream
1.
Prepare all materials
2.
Stir the egg yolk and sugar evenly, as long as the egg yolk
3.
Heat the milk without boiling. Pay attention to the heat
4.
Slowly pour the hot milk into the egg mixture. Don't worry, stir while pouring
5.
Put the ice cream powder into the stirred milk and egg liquid (the ice cream powder is less, if you like a thicker one, you can also put more. The ice cream powder can also be mixed with milk first, and then poured into the egg liquid)
6.
When I whipped the whipped cream, I stirred it for a long time, because during the period, the milk and egg liquid was cooled down by the way.
7.
Mix the whipped cream and the milk and egg mixture together, and continue to stir for about half an hour. (I didn’t keep stirring, because I was too tired. Intermittently for about half an hour)
8.
Pour the stirred ice cream liquid into a container. This is my lunch box. Covered, convenient. Save the plastic wrap. Put it in the refrigerator. Take it out and stir once every half an hour or so. Stir well. About 2-3 times will do. Then continue to put in the refrigerator. I was frozen all night.
9.
Clang clang clang ~ This is the finished product. I feel perfect-but the photography technique is a bit poor.
Tips:
Ice cream powder can be added according to taste
