Homemade Japanese Tofu

First, prepare the ratio of eggs to cold soy milk 1:1.

Add some salt to the egg mixture and stir well.

Stir the egg mixture well.

Add soy milk and stir well.

Filter in a container with plastic wrap.

Wrap a layer of plastic wrap and make a few holes on it.
7.
Put it in a pot and steam for 20 minutes.

Steam and let cool and cut into pieces.

Let’s have some green tofu.
