Homemade Lard
1.
Wash the lard oil with clean water and remove it. The water does not need to be drained, but it is not too much. Pour it directly into a dry wok and boil it directly on high heat.
2.
Turning the pork suet occasionally can help produce better oil.
3.
The more boiled pork suet, the more drier it gets, and it will turn brown in the end. Turn off the heat at this time. Let it dry until warm, filter once with a strainer, pour it into a container, and it will turn into a white solid after a while.
