Homemade Large Plate Chicken

Chop the chicken and blanch it to remove blood foam.

Put the oil in the pan and wait for the oil to heat up. Add a handful of red pepper, green onion, ginger, Chinese pepper and a large plate of chicken seasoning and stir fry until the oil is hot.

Add chicken and cumin, stir fry a few times, then add fruit corn and simmer for about 1 hour with a can of beer and appropriate amount of water until the chicken is cooked.

One hour later, add the cut potato cubes or potato strips and simmer (add some cumin), bring the chicken together and transfer to the container.
5.
After the chicken is out of the pan, sprinkle a layer of pepper and chili with hot oil and sprinkle with coriander.
