Homemade Lemon Cheese

Pour lemon juice into the yogurt and stir well.

Pour the yogurt into the first piece of gauze and tie it up, then wrap the second piece of gauze and the third piece until the last piece of gauze is wrapped, then tie it up, hang it up, and place a bowl under it to drain the whey.

Gently pinch the rolled yogurt every 1 minute to make the whey leak out faster, until you know that you can't pinch the whey at all.
