Homemade Loquat Cream
1.
Wash the soil loquat first, peel and remove the core
2.
Put the processed loquat in a stainless steel pot, add rock sugar and turn on medium heat
3.
When the water is half dry, turn to low heat
4.
This is to keep stirring with a wooden spatula to avoid sticking the pot
5.
Until the loquat is sticky, add honey, turn off the heat and cool it a bit, and put it into a container that has been disinfected in advance.
Tips:
The container must be boiled and disinfected with water and drained before serving. After cooling, put it in the refrigerator. It can be mixed with warm water or dipped in steamed bread and toast, because it should not be stored for too long without preservatives.
