I went to the countryside and picked a lot of loquats in a few days. There were tens of kilograms and I couldn’t eat them all at once. So I made the loquat paste. I think many recipes are cooked in a pot. I think it’s very troublesome. It just happens that the bread machine at home has it. Tips:

Loquats need to be fresh. It took me more than three hours to complete it. It's really not easy! Fortunately, I use a bread machine. Once the loquat paste is ready, put it in a glass bottle with a lid when it is cold, and put it in the refrigerator to keep it longer.
