Homemade Loquat Cream
1.
Large collection of materials.
2.
Mention every loquat.
3.
Soak the loquat in water for 15 minutes and wash it off.
4.
The loquat is cored, and the cored loquat should be soaked in water, otherwise it will change color soon. You don't need to peel it.
5.
Then control the moisture.
6.
Then put the loquat in a large pot, a layer of loquat meat, a layer of sugar and honey, until all the ingredients are put in a pot. Then leave it to taste for half an hour, and then the white sugar is about to turn into syrup.
7.
Then put the loquat in the food machine and beat it into puree. Beat it several times, and pour a little bit of freshly melted sugar into it each time, so that it beats faster and thinner.
8.
When all is done, pour the loquat puree into the bread machine.
9.
Then the bread machine chooses the jam program. One program is not enough, because the loquat contains more water. I used three programs to do it. The drier the juice is, the thicker the loquat paste. With the crisp sound, the loquat paste is complete.
Tips:
Loquats need to be fresh. It took me more than three hours to complete it. It's really not easy! Fortunately, I use a bread machine. Once the loquat paste is ready, put it in a glass bottle with a lid when it is cold, and put it in the refrigerator to keep it longer.
