Homemade Mala Tang
1.
Prepare ingredients
2.
Pour the right amount of oil into the frying pan and heat until 70% hot. Saute the pepper, star anise, and ginger slices.
3.
Add two teaspoons of bean paste and stir fry together to create a fragrance
4.
Add the broth, about 500ml
5.
Pour in all the ingredients except spinach and vermicelli, add a teaspoon of dark soy sauce and cook for five minutes
6.
Add spinach and vermicelli, add one-half teaspoon of chicken powder, season to boil and serve.
7.
Put it in a container and sprinkle with chopped green onion
Tips:
During the cooking process, you need to add the hard-to-cook ingredients first, and put them at the end. The salty taste of the bean paste is enough, so there is no need to add salt!
If you want to be more spicy, you can add chili powder during the cooking process or add Laoganma when it comes out of the pot!
