Homemade Mango Yogurt Ice Cream

The ingredients are ready,

Puree the mango and heat the yogurt made by yourself

Add sugar, mix well,

Add the pureed mango sauce, mix well, wait until it cools,

Take time to whip the whipped cream until it is thick,

Mix the two evenly, put them back in the freezer of the refrigerator for about half an hour, to a temperature of about 5-10 degrees.

Take out the ice cream bucket that has been frozen for more than 24 hours from the freezer layer of the refrigerator, install the mixing stick, and install it on the bread machine.

Remember to turn on the machine first, select the "IMIX" button, the eleventh function button, after starting, slowly add the mixture into the ice bucket.

After 25 minutes, it is almost processed into soft ice, and the machine will automatically shut down.

Take the soft ice cream out of the ice bucket and pour it into an airtight box, put it in the freezer of the refrigerator, and take it as you eat it. You can add a little mango cut into small pieces at that time to make it taste better.
Tips:
1. The ice bucket must be put in the refrigerator in advance. If the temperature is -18 degrees, freeze it for more than 24 hours, then install the mixing stick and install it on the bread machine.
2. Turn on the machine first, and then slowly fill in the mixed solution. It is not possible to turn on after adding it first!
