For the first time to make matcha cream sauce, half of Wakatake and half of Aolan Japanese matcha powder are used. The taste is very punctual. It feels like it can be spread on bread or processed into fillings! "

Homemade Matcha Cream Sauce

1. Add 100ML milk to a small pot and heat

2. Pour the matcha powder into the milk

3. Mix well without any particles, put the mixed matcha milk mixture aside and set aside

4. Put another 200ML milk in another pot and heat

5. Add whipped cream

6. Add sugar

7. I reduced the amount of sugar and I added some white chocolate

8. Keep stirring

9. Until thick and light yellow

10. Pour the matcha milk liquid

11. Stir well and continue heating

12. Turn off the heat until the matcha sauce looks thicker. Sterilize the jam jar in advance, and put it into the jar when it is lukewarm.

Tips:

The freshly made matcha cream sauce is not as sticky as jam, more like the texture of condensed milk, but it will become thicker after refrigeration
