Homemade Meat and Bone Soup

Ingredients: meat bones (blanched), old tofu, black fungus (soaked and washed), rapeseed (washed and cut into sections)

Put the old tofu on the chopping board and cut it.

Put the saucepan on the heat, pour oil and heat, add the cut old tofu and fry until golden on both sides, set aside.

Put the blanched fleshy bones and black fungus into the pressure cooker.

Add some water.

Add the right amount of cooking wine.

Then, close the lid and cook for 20 minutes on medium-low heat, then turn off the heat.

Open the lid after simmering until exhausted.

Then, add the sliced rapeseed stalks and the fried old tofu to a boil, and cook until the rape stalks are broken.

Finally, add the right amount of salt.

Add the right amount of chicken essence.
12.
Season to mix well, and it's ok.
