Dried Vegetable Noodle Soup

Add oil to the hot pan, saute the garlic cloves, pour the meat and bones that have been soaked in bleeding water, stir fry, add cooking wine, light soy sauce, white sugar, and salt to taste, then add chili, and fry the star anise to create a fragrant flavor.

Soak the dried vegetables in advance, usually overnight, drain and cut into small pieces, pour into the pot and stir fry with the fleshy bones.

After stirring for a while, pour in an appropriate amount of water, simmer on high heat, and simmer for half an hour.

The meat bones and dried vegetables can be taken out, and only a part of the dried vegetables is left, and the next day, pour it into the pot and add water to boil.

After boiling, taste the saltiness and add some salt. Finally, put the rice noodles in the dried vegetable soup and boil until it is soft and ready to be eaten.
