Dried Vegetable Noodle Soup

1. Add oil to the hot pan, saute the garlic cloves, pour the meat and bones that have been soaked in bleeding water, stir fry, add cooking wine, light soy sauce, white sugar, and salt to taste, then add chili, and fry the star anise to create a fragrant flavor.
