Meaty Papaya Soup

Ingredients: papaya, meat bones (blanched), ginger slices

Put the papaya peeled and seeded on the cutting board and cut into pieces, set aside.

Put the blanched meat and bones into the pressure cooker, put the ginger slices, and add the right amount of cooking wine.

Add an appropriate amount of water.

Cover the lid and cook for 20 minutes on medium-low heat, then turn off the heat.

Then, simmer until it is out of air, open the lid, add the cut papaya and bring to a boil, and cook for 5 minutes.

Finally, add the right amount of salt.

Season to mix and serve.
