Homemade Mung Bean Paste

Soak mung beans for 2 hours and wash them.

Add water to the pot and add mung beans.
3.
Simmer for half an hour on low heat.
4.
Cook until the mung beans are soft and rotten, and the water is dried.
5.
Add sugar and stir fry continuously.
6.
Add glutinous rice flour and stir constantly.
7.
Until it is sticky and there is no moisture.
