Homemade Mushroom Oil

Prepare the ingredients.

Peel the garlic and smash it with a knife. Cut the pepper into pieces for later use.

Wash the shimeji mushrooms and cut into small pieces.

Pour oil into the pot to heat up, add garlic and fry it for a nice aroma.

Pour real shimeji mushrooms and deep fry.

After the mushrooms are soft fried, add salt and continue frying.

Fry until golden brown, turn off the heat, add dried chili and Chinese pepper while hot.

Add sesame seeds and stir evenly.

It can be stored in a bottle after cooling.
Tips:
1. Fry slowly over medium heat and stir constantly during the period to avoid uneven coloring or paste.
2. The shimeji mushroom can be replaced with other fungi.
