Homemade No-fried Red Bean Paste
1.
Wash the red beans, add water to soak for 2-3 hours
2.
Put the soaked red beans into an electric pressure cooker and add water. The amount of water is at the height of a finger knuckle, which is the same amount of water as cooking rice in a pressure cooker. When the pot is naturally exhausted, you will find that not only the beans are cooked and rotten, but there is no excess water in the pot.
3.
Put the boiled red beans into the food processor, sprinkle with sugar, add an appropriate amount of purified water, start the machine, and beat them into puree.
Tips:
1. Mastering the amount of water for boiled red beans is the key. The height of the water amount (calculated from the top of the red beans) is measured by one finger knuckle, which can be slightly higher.
2. The amount of white sugar I use is less, because you don't like too sweet, you can increase the amount according to your preference.
3. The red bean paste that can not be used up at a time can be frozen in a fresh-keeping box, and just take it out and thaw it in advance.
