Cut all the materials well and set aside.

Add appropriate amount of water to shacha sauce, dark soy sauce, and soy sauce, and set aside.

Add water to the pot. Put the dried noodles into the pot 2-3 minutes before the water boils. After about 2 minutes of cooking, pick up the noodles and immediately put them in cold water to soak for a while. Put the noodles out and drain the water.

Add appropriate amount of olive oil to the wok, fry the garlic and shallots.

Add pork balls, fish fillets and minced meat.

After stir-fry. Sheng Qi.

Add another spoonful of shacha sauce.
