Homemade Nougat

Materials needed, butter, marshmallow, milk powder, peanuts

Put the butter in the pan over medium heat to melt the butter

After the butter has melted, pour in the marshmallows and stir constantly to make the marshmallows and butter fully fuse together

Finally, pour in the milk powder, stir quickly, the butter, marshmallow and the milk powder are fused, then pour in the peanuts. Stir evenly to get out of the pot.

Put it in the refrigerator for half an hour, take it out and make it into your favorite shape, wrap it in sugar paper, and you're ready.
Tips:
1. Peanuts, be sure to fry them and fry them until fragrant.
2. When adding milk powder, be sure to stir quickly.
3. After being out of the pot, try to use soft film to pack the nougat for freezing to facilitate demoulding.
4. When wrapping sugar paper, first wrap a layer of edible glutinous rice paper.
