Homemade Nutritious Pork Floss

Wash the duck breast.

Wash the pork (the pork is blanched).

Cut the duck and pork into small pieces. The smaller the better.

Put the cut pieces of meat into the pressure cooker.

Put in star anise.

Put in an appropriate amount of salt.

Add ginger slices.

Add thirteen incense.

Put in the right amount of water and submerge the meat.

Press in a pressure cooker for 35 minutes.

Take out the meat and pick up the ginger slices and star anise.

Put the meat pieces into the pot and turn on a low heat. While using a shovel to squeeze the loose meat pieces, stir fry at the same time. Be careful to stir continuously, lightly and evenly, and don't stir fry the meat. You can add some oil if it feels a little sticky, or add some salt and soy sauce if it's light.
