Homemade Oil-free Red Bean Paste
1.
The red beans are cleaned. I use an electric cooker, so you can cook without soaking. You don’t need to put a lot of water. If you don’t use an electric cooker, you can pour out the excess water after cooking.
2.
Use a cooking stick to make red bean paste
3.
Heat the pot, turn to medium heat, add rock sugar and keep stirring to avoid the bottom of the pot from getting muddy
4.
Stir-fry until the moisture is dry
5.
But don’t need to be too dry, otherwise the taste will be very dry, leave a little bit of water, and it will form a dough without drying
Tips:
Be careful when frying the water. If it is boiled and bubbling, it will splash. You can turn off the heat for a while, then reheat, or turn to a low heat.
