I remember last year, when there was no bread machine, I tried to make old yogurt with a rice cooker. I don’t know if it was due to the temperature or other reasons. There happens to be half a bag of ready-made lactic acid bacteria in the refrigerator. Let’s try a little bit to see if it will succeed. Haha, it worked!

Homemade Old Yogurt

1. Prepare the ingredients, carry them in the bucket of the bread machine and blanch them with boiling water to dry

2. Pour a bag of milk and half a bag of lactic acid bacteria

3. Stir evenly, and the stirring rod needs to be scalded with boiling water in advance

4. Pour in another bag of milk and mix well

5. Put the inner bucket in the bread machine

6. Start 5, yogurt program, wait patiently for 6 hours

7. Time is up, turn on the bread machine

8. Old yogurt with clear and mellow gold and silver, OK

9. Put it in a cup and enjoy the delicious

Tips:

1. The inner barrel and stirring rod of the bread machine: need to be disinfected with boiling water in advance
2. Stir the milk and lactic acid bacteria evenly
3. I made the original unsweetened (for cream cheese), and the finished product is slightly sour. If you eat it directly, you can add some sugar to make it together.
