Homemade Old Yogurt

Prepare the ingredients, the inner barrel of the bread machine and the stirring rod need to be scalded with boiling water to dry

Pour a bag of milk and half a bag of lactic acid bacteria

Stir well

Pour in the remaining milk

Put the inner bucket in the bread machine

Start the yogurt program for 6 hours

The mellow old yogurt is OK
Tips:
1. The inner barrel and stirring rod of the bread machine: need to be disinfected with boiling water in advance
2. Stir the milk and lactic acid bacteria evenly
3. I made the original unsweetened (for cream cheese), and the finished product is slightly sour. If you eat it directly, you can add some sugar to make it together.
