Homemade Original Beef Floss

First cook the beef in large chunks, add green onion, ginger, aniseed chili and a little cooking wine to remove the smell, and cook for about an hour and a half or more.

Tear a large piece of beef, which is actually cooked, into thin strips.

Put the beef shreds in a non-stick wok and stir-fry over medium heat. Be sure to stir-fry continuously. Use chopsticks while stir-frying. The beef will easily fall apart and the shreds will become thinner and thinner. Add a proper amount during the frying process. The salt and sugar, because I put a little bit of salt for the children, if adults eat, you can add salt and sugar chili noodles, mix it according to your own taste, and be sure to add seasonings during the frying process.

Turn off the heat when it's 70% to 80% dry, let it cool a little, and put it in a blender to break up.

The meat floss is ready. The seasoning for the child is not too much, but it is very fragrant.

When finished, put it in a sealed bag and put it in the refrigerator.
Tips:
When frying, be sure to stir fry continuously, don't fry too dry, it will be all scraps, not minced meat.
