Homemade Pearl Milk Green

Prepare ingredients. This time, Deruixing whole milk and Laoshan green tea were selected (add dried jasmine flowers or use tea bags).

Tapioca starch: brown sugar water=3:1 and mix into a dough (seems to be runny but not sticky).

Knead into small dumplings (size according to personal preference). (Too big to cook through)

After boiling the water, add the pearl dumplings and cook for the first time. Change the heat to medium-low heat and simmer for 15 minutes. After turning off the heat, cover the lid and simmer for 15 minutes (for better cooking).

Mix milk, tea, soft sugar, and water until it boils. Turn off the heat after 15 seconds. Do not open the lid and soak for about 5 minutes (to better absorb the tea aroma). (The cooking process needs to be stirred back and forth)

Strain the tea leaves, add pearls, and decorate. success.
Tips:
Do not add too much water when pinching the pearl dumplings.
