Homemade Pickled Fish

The fish fillets were marinated when I bought them. I rinsed them twice with clean water, then added egg whites and pickled cabbage fish sauce and marinated them for half an hour

Pour vegetable oil into the pot, add the sauerkraut in the condiment bag and stir fry for a fragrance

The fish fillets are cooked according to their preferences. I wait for the fish fillets to change color and cook for one minute before serving.
