Homemade Pizza

For baking noodles, it is a self-raising powder that can be used simply. The taste is good. I am 100g high-gluten flour and 50g low-gluten flour. Add salt and sugar. Use 100ml of warm water to dissolve the yeast. Add butter and continue to knead until the surface is smooth and starts to ferment. If you have enough time, you can wait for a few hours, or put it in the oven and use the fermentation function for 40 minutes.

When it was twice as big, I knead it out and rolled it into a cake dough. I was lazy. I didn't buy the cheese sticks. I just put some shredded cheese. The effect is the same, but it doesn't look good.

Spread the pizza sauce, I used the ready-made one I bought, and it is more fragrant to fry it by myself, which is too much trouble.

I started to put all kinds of ingredients, depending on my liking. I put the sausages and beef diced for pizza, added a little pineapple to enhance the flavor, and sweet corn and green beans, sprinkled with cheese, put it in the oven, and it’s about 20 minutes later. OK, you can also put some cheese just before leaving the oven. It's done!

Get out of the oven and start eating~ For the convenience of cutting, I still use a special pizza knife. By the way, this is an 8-inch pizza pan~ The first time I made it, it was slightly rough, and then I made it again. It was much better than this time, but I'm too lazy to shoot~
