Homemade Plain Unsweetened Yogurt

Materials and utensils are ready: skimmed milk, yogurt bacteria, yogurt cup, heating lunch box, boiling water;

Put all measuring cups, yogurt cups, lids, and spoons into a large basin and pour boiling water;

Take out the cup and lid, do not touch the inside of the cup with your hands to prevent contamination; pour an appropriate amount of water from the hot cup into the heated lunch box;

Pour a small amount of milk into the measuring cup, pour the yogurt bacteria, then pour the milk to disperse the bacteria powder, stir with a spoon until the bacteria powder melts;

Pour milk into the yogurt cup, 9 minutes full, and close the lid;

Put the yogurt cup in the heated lunch box, close the lid, and turn on the electricity;

Operate on the mobile APP, the yogurt can be completed in 8 hours; you can do the above steps the night before, and you can drink the cold, smooth yogurt the next morning;

This is a solidified plain yogurt, which can be eaten directly or added with jam, honey, fruit, etc.
Tips:
1. Either whole milk or skimmed milk can be used to make plain yogurt; the success rate of milk is very high. It is easier to make it with commercially available yogurt bacteria than with yogurt primer; the success rate of making yogurt with goat milk is lower, so it is not recommended use;
2. The utensils for making yogurt must be scalded with boiling water and drained before use. It does not matter if there is a small amount of residual water in the utensils. Do not wipe with paper towels or napkins to prevent contamination and moisturize the bad bacteria in the yogurt;
