Okra Mashed Potatoes

Tips:
1. When making mashed potatoes, do not add salad dressing. Milk, salt and pepper are enough. Of course, if you don’t want to lose weight, adding some mayonnaise will make it easier to shape and taste better;
2. The okra blanching time must be short, it will grow old after a long time, it will also become soft and unable to form;
3. If you can't come down when the buckle is inverted, there are two methods: put a layer of olive oil in the bowl in advance, or use a knife to draw a circle along the edge of the bowl.
