Homemade Plain Yogurt

The container and lid for making yogurt are blanched in boiling water for 1 minute

Pour some milk

Add yogurt starter and mix well
4.
Add sugar and stir well (it doesn’t matter if it doesn’t melt, it will melt by itself when the yogurt is fermented)
5.
Pour in the rest of the milk and mix well again
6.
Start the yogurt function, 11 hours
Tips:
The prepared yogurt is better to enjoy after refrigerating overnight.
