Homemade Pork Floss

Cut the leg meat to the fascia.

Put the stew material into the cloth bag.

Add water, cooking wine, meat, and ingredients in a stew pot. Stew the meat over low heat for three hours.

Remove the stewed meat, tear it up with your hands, and then mash it with a rolling pin.

Mashed into pieces like this.

Add the mashed meat in a cold pan and stir-fry for 5 minutes. Add sugar, salt, and light soy sauce, and continue to stir fry, about 15-20 minutes, after the floss is dry, it can be out of the pan.
