Homemade Pork Jelly

Prepare raw materials;

Put the pigskin cold water into the pot for blanching. When blanching, put 1 slice of ginger and some peppercorns to remove fishy.

Put the sliced ginger, green onion, garlic cloves, pepper and aniseed in the back gauze.

After blanching the pigskin, pass cold water to remove the foam.
If it is pig skin on the market, remove the excess fat, because the skin I bought is relatively clean, so this step is omitted.

Shred the skin of meat.

The shredded pork skin is added to water, and the seasoning bag, light soy sauce, cooking wine, and salt are simmered.

Wait for the oil to be brushed in the crisper.

When the pig skin is boiled, the soup becomes milky white and ready.

Put the soup and pork skin in the safe box, and put it in the refrigerator overnight.

Take out the slices from the refrigerator.
Use garlic juice, light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, cold boiled water, salt and sesame oil to make the sauce.

The meat skin is frozen on a plate, and the sauce can be poured on the plate or eaten with sauce.
