Homemade Pork Jelly

Prepare the skin and use a knife to scrape off the dirt on the surface.

After washing with water, cut into thin strips.

Put the pork skin strips in water and heat it up.

After the water is boiled, skim off the foam and add green onion and ginger.
5.
Add pepper aniseed and simmer.
6.
After cooking the pork skin, remove the green onion, ginger, aniseed and peppercorns. Let cool, refrigerate, and take as you eat.
Tips:
It is very fragrant when it is topped with mashed garlic.
