I have always liked braised noodles. There are vegetables, meat and staple food. It can be used for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is fast, convenient and nutritious.

Braised Noodles with Snow Beans

1. Prepare a beautiful induction cooker and ingredients, wash the snow peas and colored peppers, cut them off, and marinate the meat slices with light soy sauce, cooking wine, and salt for a few minutes.

2. Noodles in a pot under cold water

3. Take it out directly after the water boils

4. Put oil in the pan, add the marinated meat slices after the oil is hot, and fry until the color changes

5. Add snow peas and stir fry

6. Add the colored peppers and fry until the snow peas and colored peppers are slightly soft

7. Add the water without the beans, bring to a boil on high heat and turn to medium heat.

8. Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and salt to taste.

9. Pour out one third of the soup for use

10. Put the removed noodles on top of snow peas, cover and stew

11. When the soup is almost harvested, pour the pre-prepared soup along the side of the pot. You can add it in several times, then cover the pot and simmer. When the soup is almost harvested at the end, turn the noodles and mix them evenly

Tips:

You need more soup, but you must pour out part of it, otherwise it's not braised noodles to make noodle soup.
