Homemade Red Bean Paste

Wash the red beans and put them in a saucepan. The water surface should be higher than the red beans.

Then put it in the electric cooker, choose quick stew, 3 hours.

The cooked red beans bloom softly.

Pour the cooked red beans into the food processor and stir until puree.

Pour the stirred red bean paste into a non-stick pan and fry over low heat. Stir while frying to avoid muddy bottom.

Stir-fry until the water is almost dry, add corn oil and sugar.

Stir-fry until the red bean paste is dry and knead it into a dough with your hands.

The unused bean paste can be sealed up, put in the refrigerator, and taken immediately after use.
Tips:
1. It is best to use a non-stick pan for fried bean paste, and keep stirring during the frying process to avoid the paste.
2. If there is no pressure cooker at home, you can use an electric stew pot like me to cook, it is also very convenient, or it can be cooked in a casserole.
3. Eat the fried bean paste as soon as possible and keep it well. One week is no problem.
