Homemade Red Bean Paste
1.
Soak the red beans overnight in advance.
2.
Put the pressure cooker after washing. Add a small amount of water and submerge the red beans slightly.
3.
After steaming, turn to low heat for 20 minutes.
4.
Spread it out and let it cool. When I opened it, there was just no moisture. I didn't filter out the water very much with the filter.
5.
The filtered red bean paste is pureed in a food processor.
6.
Place the peanut oil used for cooking in a pot after heating.
7.
Add the bean paste and stir fry slowly over medium heat.
8.
Add the sugar you need and 2g salt.
9.
Stir-fry until the consistency you need.
10.
My frying is a little bit dry. Baozi or bread can be used.
11.
It tastes very pure.
Tips:
It is best to use a non-stick pan for the fried pan. The viscosity should be adjusted according to your own needs.
Be careful to turn the spatula more to avoid muddy bottom.
