Homemade Red Bean Popsicles

Soak red beans in water for 5 hours

Add water to the pot and cook the red beans for 30 minutes. The red beans are cooked but not rotten.

Mix glutinous rice flour with water to form a slurry.

Add sugar

Add the glutinous rice flour slurry and stir until the water boils.

Use a spoon to fill out some red beans.

Put it into the mold.

The rest is pureed with a soymilk machine.

Pour into the mold

Pack 9 minutes full, it should be frozen, the ice cream will expand

Cover it, put it in the refrigerator and freeze for more than 5 hours, and it can be taken out when it freezes hard
Tips:
When you take out the popsicles, you can easily release them by flushing them with water
