Homemade Rice Wine

Soak the glutinous rice in water for 2 hours and steam it in a pot

Tips:
The glutinous rice should not be too hot or too cold, which will affect the fermentation of the rice wine. If you can’t finish it, put it in the refrigerator and cook as you like
