Homemade Rich and Interesting
1.
The butter melts and becomes soft at room temperature, add in powdered sugar and stir evenly
2.
Add the whole egg liquid in 3 times, and use a whisk to beat evenly each time
3.
Sift the cornstarch, cocoa powder and low-gluten flour into the butter and egg batter and knead them with your hands.
4.
Pour in 80g chocolate beans and knead well
5.
Take 20-25g of dough, knead it into a round cake in your hands, sprinkle with chocolate beans, and flatten it with your hands
6.
Preheat the oven at 160 degrees, put in the prepared biscuits and bake for 15 minutes, cool and serve
Tips:
1. Although it is a high-temperature resistant chocolate bean, it is still in a melted state after the test. The cooling process can be placed in the refrigerator, so that the chocolate bean is easier to harden and the biscuits are more crispy.
2. If you like to eat more crispy biscuits, reduce the amount of eggs and add a little baking soda to make the biscuits crisper and more delicious.
