Homemade Roast Pork Skin

Ingredients: pork skin

Put clean water in the pot, add green onion, ginger and tangerine peel, soak for 30 minutes, and put in the washed pork skin.

Fire. Bring it to a boil and cook for 1 minute to turn off the heat.

Remove the skin and remove the remaining hair and fat.

Rinse repeatedly with clean water and set aside.

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the scallions and ginger.

Add spare skins and season with appropriate light soy sauce.

Add a little dark soy toning.

Add the aniseed and stir-fry evenly.

Add an appropriate amount of water.

After boiling, simmer for about 40 minutes on a low fire, stir during the firing, and season with salt in the middle.

Cook until the skin is cooked through and soft, then turn off the heat.

Put it out of the pot and serve on the table.
Tips:
1. In order to take pictures, I didn't cut it, cut it and served it on the table, which is more convenient to eat.
2. It can be eaten directly, or it can be cooked twice by adding other ingredients.
