Homemade Roasted Peanuts

1. Take a picture first

2. Wash the peanuts in water and dry, beat in the eggs and stir well

3. Add in powdered sugar and stir well

4. Add the flour, little by little, until there is excess flour, keep the granular shape, if there is any sticking together, squeeze it

5. Sift excess flour

6. Smear a thin layer of oil on the tin foil

7. Spread the peanuts on the tin foil when the oven is preheated at 170 degrees

8. 170 degrees for 18 minutes, flip halfway

Tips:

I originally planned to deep-fry it, but to think about the weight I’m gaining day by day, I use grilled one.
