Homemade Rosin Sushi, Simple and Delicious

Stir the steamed rice with sushi vinegar while it is hot, and then add some salt to dissipate it thoroughly to allow the flavor to penetrate evenly, and let it cool for a while.

Spread the eggs into cakes, then cut the cucumber, egg cakes, and carrots into thin and long strips. (Carrots can be blanched appropriately according to your needs).

Spread the seaweed slices on the sushi curtain, spread the cold rice evenly on the seaweed slices, and compact them. Then place the pork floss, cucumber strips, egg strips, and carrot strips in sequence. (You can add salad dressing appropriately according to your own needs)

Then use the sushi curtain to push the seaweed and roll it up, making it tighter. After the roll is finished, open it, put a little water on the knife, and cut the sushi into about 1.5cm.

Tips:
1. Put some ham, the salty aroma of ham, plus the rosin of pork floss, the taste will be better.
2. Someone in the family doesn't like to eat salad dressing, so I didn't put it. In fact, adding a little salad dressing will taste better.
3. When spreading rice, don't spread it too well, otherwise it will be fat when rolled, and too little filling will affect the taste.
