The maltose I bought at home has been for a long time and I don’t know how to eat it well. Today I suddenly thought of making some Sachima for my baby. The homemade maltose is really better than the bought one, and the homemade one will always be better than the outside. Don't worry about the ingredients you buy. Let me share my approach with you! Ingredients

Homemade Sachima

1. Put the flour into the egg and stir well. The egg should be placed one on top of the other to prevent the noodles from being too thin, then soften the dough into a harder dough, roll out and cut into thin strips (forgot to take pictures)

2. Put the oil in the pan to heat the noodles. You can put a noodle in the pan first and try it. If it swells, you can put the noodles in the pan and fry them until they become a little bit deeper.

3. Put water, sugar and maltose in a pot and boil it over a low heat to make it thicker and silky. Pour in the fried noodles and black sesame seeds and stir-fry them all.

4. Put oil in the container and pour it into the container and flatten it a little bit harder. I put a piece of oil paper on it, flatten it by hand, and let it cool.

5. Pour out and cut into pieces

Tips:

The noodles are so soft to wake up for half an hour. You can also add some baking powder when you cut it. Don't be too thick. Try to be thinner because the frying process will become thicker. Also, you like to eat a softer texture. The frying time is shorter. It can be fried a little bit darker!
