One day when I went to the supermarket to buy salad dressing, there was no trace of salad dressing on the shelf, so I had no choice but to return. Thinking of the salad dressing recipe I've seen before, it feels very simple, so DIY it yourself.
With my formula, the amount of oil is reduced, and the results still look good. Generally speaking, homemade salad dressing is simple, quick and economical. You can make more in the future, spread bread, make salads, etc. It's very good. But next time, I must use an electric whisk. The manual whisk is tired.

Homemade Salad Dressing

1. Prepare raw materials: eggs, corn oil, white vinegar, sugar.

2. Knock the eggs into a clean bowl without oil and water, as long as the yolk is required.

3. After whipping the egg yolk evenly, add sugar and continue whipping.

4. The egg liquid becomes larger and lighter in color. After the liquid becomes thicker, add less than corn oil and continue beating.

5. Beat until the egg mixture and corn oil are completely blended.

6. Add an appropriate amount of white vinegar and continue to beat.

7. After fusion, add an appropriate amount of corn oil and continue to beat.

8. Then add an appropriate amount of white vinegar and continue to beat.

9. Then add an appropriate amount of corn oil and continue to beat.

10. Repeat steps 8 and 9 until the white vinegar and corn oil are all put out and the salad dressing is ready.

11. This is the finished salad dressing.

Tips:

1. It is recommended to use an electric whisk.
2. Corn oil and white vinegar should be added in small amounts several times. After each addition, the corn oil or white vinegar must be completely fused with the egg paste before adding it.
3. Add corn oil, the egg paste will become thicker after fusion with corn oil, this time you need to add white vinegar; add white vinegar, the egg paste will be diluted after fusion with white vinegar, this time you need to add corn oil. So repeatedly. You don't need to add white vinegar. You can determine whether to add all the white vinegar according to your personal preference.
