Homemade Salted Goose Eggs

The goose eggs and eggs are fresh eggs brought from my sister's house last month, and they are all free-range goose eggs and eggs raised at home. Put the goose eggs in the water and scrub them with a brush, and let them dry naturally.

Pour the boiling water in the altar so that the eggs have not passed. After cooling, add white wine, cover and marinate for about 30 days. Eggs can be eaten, goose eggs can only be eaten after 40 days.

This is related to the indoor temperature. It will be faster in summer, but in autumn and winter. Slowly, the well-marinated salted egg will be oily after a few more days.
