Homemade Sauced Beef

Wash the purchased beef tendon blood water, soak it for more than 5 hours, and change the water every 1 hour during this period

Boil the meat in a pot under water, with the minced water over the meat, add stewed pork buns, ginger, green onions, rock sugar, chili, sauce, very fresh, dark soy sauce, and simmer for 1 hour
