Homemade Shredded Beef Jerky

Cut beef tendon into thick strips (It's enjoyable, because it shrinks a lot after being made into beef jerky.)

After adding all kinds of powder, add salt, chicken essence, light soy sauce, soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine (all the ingredients are added according to your own taste)

Cover it with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator freezer for more than 12 hours to make it delicious.

The next day, put the marinated meat strips on the microwave tray at a distance from each other.

High heat for 5 minutes. This picture is the effect after 5 minutes of high fire. The meat will come out of soup.

I cut such thick meat strips for 7 sets of 5 minutes. I like the dry taste. If you like softer ones, you can use 6 for 5 minutes or less.

If you cut the meat strips finely, please reduce the time for each group as appropriate, such as a group of 3 minutes high fire, or a group of 4 minutes high fire.

How many sets are needed? Please press the meat strips with your hands at any time, and feel that the elasticity is suitable for your taste. Like to do more sets, like softer sets. The time of each group depends on the thickness of your meat strips. My thick meat strips used 7 sets of high heat for 5 minutes.
